Words That Help You Heal

BENEATH THE SKIES

Beneath The Skies

When shadows fall and doubts arise,

And dreams seem lost beneath the skies,

There burns a flame, though small and shy,

A spark of strength that will not die.

Through weary roads and heavy rain,

We walk with hearts that bear the strain.

But every step, though slow or steep,

Is proof of courage buried deep.

The night may whisper tales of fear,

Yet morning’s promise draws us near.

With every dawn, a brand new chance.

A song of hope, a life to dance.

So lift your chin, let silence sing,

The world still turns, and hearts still spring.

You are the light the dark can’t steal,

A soul that rises, dares to heal.

The cracks you’ve earned from battles fought,

Are lines where light pours through each thought.

You’ve weathered storms, you’ve felt the flame.

And still, you rise, still speak your name.

The mountain bowed but did not break.

Your spirit’s strong for others’ sake.

And now it’s time… you’re not alone.

This path you walk’s not paved in stone.

Not every hero wears a crown.

Some simply rise each time they’re down.

Some shine by just refusing night,

By choosing love, by choosing light.

So if you stumble, take a breath.

You’re nowhere near defeat or death.

The soul you carry, fierce and wide,

Holds galaxies you’ve yet to ride.

So let your heart beat loud and true,

There’s nothing stronger than the you

Who rises still, who dares to shine,

A living proof of the divine.

The world is better with your flame.

So light it boldly. Speak your name.

Your journey’s only just begun…

You’re rising now. You are the sun.
